Robot Smart Homes began in 2015 when Jacob Russo, a licensed electrician, saw that home upgrades could make life easier for people. A simple job where a client wanted to control lights from his phone sparked a new direction built on simplicity and joy.
His wife, Jaime, was sceptical at first, preferring old switches. Living with smart control changed her mind. She now handles communication, social content, and operations so the process feels clear and friendly for every customer.
The team includes Broden, Martin, Jason, Christian, and support staff, seven in total. All are clean, respectful, and trained professionals who treat every home as their own. Many started with Jacob in his earlier electrical work for Sydney’s private girls’ schools, where trust and care were essential. Robot Smart Homes still proudly supports those schools.
